A delightful, four bedroom detached property on an elevated site with spectacular views of the sea and mountains, some 900 metres as the crow flies from the beach and 1.5km walk. Set in gardens is a large tiled swimming pool and a separate ‘hot’ Jacuzzi.
The accommodation comprises of the following: entrance lobby, large lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen with oven, refrigerator, washing machine. Three bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 air-conditioned). Large brick built BBQ. Car parking space. T.V with satellite facility and stereo.
On the ground floor - is a large kitchen to the left and lounge to the right. Via the corridor behind the kitchen is bedroom containing two single beds one bathroom containing wc, wash hand basin and shower, at the end of the corridor, to the left a bedroom which contains two single beds. The dining room table in the lounge seats six.
Upstairs - Right to the staircase is a bedroom which contains a double bed and en suite bathroom, containing bath, wc and wash hand basin. To the left is further bedroom which contains two single beds with an en suite bathroom containing bath, wc and wash hand basin. Main water heater to the property is in a cupboard immediately above the stairway, and the on off switch to the water heater is a large switch at the base of the staircase, with red illuminated indication light, when on.
The well equipped kitchen consists of a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine with kettle, toaster, etc.
Outside – In addition to the large tiled pool is an adjacent jacuzzi. There are six sun lounges, three reclining chairs and three upright chairs with table. There is also a mobile barbecue and a clothes drying rack.
