Pretty three bedroom townhouse situated 50m from the beach, in a quiet, residential area, but close to all amenities. This development of townhouses/duplexs is set in pretty landscaped gardens, with a main tiled communal swimming pool. It also has exterior showers.
Entering the property from the rear, where there is a parking space, or from the swimming pool, where there is patio furniture and a large BBQ. You have, downstairs, a bright lounge/dining area with leather sofas and TV (UK digital satellite - some channels maybe restricted), DVD player, video and hifi system. The lounge is also air-conditioned/heated. It has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator and washing machine. Downstairs, also has a WC.
Upstairs the master double bedroom has ample wardrobes space. The wardrobe also has a safe installed. There is a small terrace over looking the communal pool, with magnificent views of Mojacar beach. Access to the roof terrace which has views of Mojacar Pueblo (Village)is also obtained through this bedroom. A fully fitted bathroom, which contains bath/shower, WC, bidet, basin, and a further twin bedroom with ample wardrobes space. A seperate bedroom with single beds (in total upstairs comfortably sleeps six people) The master bedroom and the twin bedroom have air-conditioning.
Restaurants, hardware store, butchers, and supermarket all within easy walking distance. This property is situated in a small community with well-maintained pool and gardens plus playground area for children. On the beach front, there is also a children“s play area.
